Although Iâm not much into labeling, I could certainly fit into the âgeneralistâ box if I had to do so. BairesDev is an IT Outsourcing company that hired me to work as the lead Shopify developer in the eCommerce team for Native, a P&G brand.
- Developed pixel-perfect user features and custom admin capabilities on the website powered by Shopify Plus.
- Assisted the eComm team and stakeholders plan new features by assessing technical effort and feasibility.
- Owned the release cycle activities such as documentation, code review, QA and deployment.
- Supported junior developers on technical, management and decision-making issues.
- Supported the integration of the website with 3rd party apps (e.g., Stord, ReCharge, Yotpo, Netsuite, KlaviyoâŠ).
- Led the AB tests implementation on VWO/Optimizely and event tracking on GTM, allowing the company to make data-driven decisions.
Main Projects:
- Migration of the subscriptions checkout from ReCharge to the Shopify Integrated Checkout (October 2022).
- Reusable template for creating landing pages on the admin panel, saving time when making changes for marketing campaigns (January 2022).
- Loyalty and Rewards program using Yotpo (November 2021).
- Website redesign, featuring product architecture changes for build-your-own-pack products, new product detail pages and better menu navigation (September 2021).
