Summary
I have an owner mindset and create software for companies and non-profit institutions to automate work processes and provide a better experience to their team, clients, and associates.
Since 2017, I am focused on Process Modeling, New Products Development, Process Automation, and Software crafting using Ruby and Python. I also work with relational and NoSQL databases and I am studying map/reduce data solutions.
I enjoy creating aid tools to fasten software development, as well as refactoring existing code.

Work Experience
Studied DevSquad's ways of working in order to propose solutions to improve everybody's daily basis experience internally and those who work on client projects.
Proposed use of new tools and improved or created processes, and designed and crafted in-house software.
Aimed to automate as many areas as possible by maturing processes and implementing software and routines to help people achieve greatness in areas such as Recruitment, DS Future Program (DevSquad's upskilling program), Marketing, and Contractor's Culture & Experience.
