Currently I'm working as web bioinformatician in the Comparative Genomics Group.
The main research interest of my group is to understand the complex relationships between genome sequences and phenotypes and how these two features evolve within and across species. At this moment I'm developing and administrating our websites (Drupal, Wordpress, VueJs), as well the databases (MySQL, MongoDB), working with pipelines (Python, Shell) and everything related with the IT inside the group (VM, Docker, Nextflow).

MetaPhOrs is a public repository of phylogeny-based orthologs and paralogs that were computed using phylogenetic trees available in twelve public repositories. Currently, over 6.8 billion unique homologs are deposited in MetaPhOrs database.
