Developed new UI/UX for verizonwireless.com. Created new Computer Vision-based frontend flow featuring a WebRTC “live” camera capture mechanism for automatically inputting IMEI numbers for Bring Your Own Device customers. Developed new Proof of Concepts. Provided quick bug fixes for existing verizonwireless.com features and flows. 

Software Systems Architect IV (Staff) Contract

    
Worked on QuickBooks Online Invoicing & Payments. Implemented new well-designed and well- tested UI/UX patterns using ReactJS. Also made backend payments processing Java contributions. Oversaw team as lead SCRUM master for a couple months until I joined the alpha team for our Gmail Plugin using Google Apps Script, where I owned the initial JS tracking analytics framework. Recruited an intern through Code2040 partnership! 

Software Engineer II 

Started out by quickly adding responsiveness to the new Edmodo Spotlight initiative, which is a marketplace for teacher resources. 

Implemented the entire frontend part, and helped develop some backend parts, for live; single-page search. Following implementation, search usage skyrocketed up +188%. It was powered at the core by RabbitMQ and Redis. 

Revamped the product upload flow with vastly superior UI/UX. Implemented video streaming. Identified and fixed many bugs in the legacy code that were previously untouched or unknown. 

Software Engineer

Worked closely with both technical and chemical divisions in order to develop a fully customized web application for managing chemical database, that could generate PDF reports for Safety & Technical Data Sheets and labels easily. Rapidly provided a user-friendly web app that wrapped a legacy SQL database-driven project held by the company into an easy to use web application. Provided quick support, feature additions/changes and bug fixes.
