Summary Racepass is a marketplace for sporting events. It connects athletes with event organizers and makes the ticketing process smoother. The company is still in a super early stage. Responsibilities: - Took sole responsibility for the frontend codebase. - Used Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Vuetify being the primary tech stack to build out the frontend. - Used Vuex for state management. - Using Nuxt's SSR capability, I made sure that the app is Search Engine Optimized by utilizing the meta tags and sitemaps. - Used Figma designs provided by the UI/UX person and REST API to bring the app to life. - Since most of the users would be using the app from their phones, I made sure the app is super responsive on all devices. - Also made multiple contributions to an open-source project called expressa because we were using it as our admin interface. Achievements: - Helped the company build the Racepass platform from just an idea to a complete app as a sole frontend developer. - Made contributions to an open-source project called expressa and helped the community of developers using it.

Summary Elasticpod is a powerful in-audio search tool and transcription service for podcasters. Responsibilities: - Took sole responsibility for the frontend codebases. - Used technologies such as Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Tailwind CSS, and Vuetify to build out the frontend. - Used Vuex for state management. - Integrated the frontend with the REST API that was built using Ruby on Rails. - We had no UI/UX person on the team so I had to use my own creativity to carve out the designs. - Performed CI/CD activities using GitHub Actions to deploy the app to our Heroku app instance. - Using Nuxt's SSR capability, I made sure that the app is Search Engine Optimized by utilizing the meta tags and sitemaps. Achievements: - Helped the company build the ElasticPod Dashboard, a Public Podcast Portal, a Customer Onboarding Platform, and an On-Demand Transcription Engine from just an idea as a sole frontend developer.
