Technical Lead

Java has been my main programming language since I started programming more than a decade ago.  I keep up to date with the language so I am well versed in streams, lambdas, text blocks, val/var, you name it.

Not only have I been developing software for more than a decade, but I have also been a team lead now for more than five years.  While a team leads, you are working more heavily with the various stakeholders, developers, QA, DB's, DevOps, mgmt, to ensure the correct software is developed.  I am familiar with all phases of software development. 

I have been developing software for about a decade using agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.  I know scrum and agile both in purest of textbook definitions but also in the practical daily workings sense.

I have used maven as the main build/dependency for all my code.  Have experience setting up and managing pom files, creating parent pom's, plugin mgmt, basically anything maven.
