Developed applications for the SEI account holders where Servicenow act as an interface between the client portal and the backend Databases. If a client requests some change related to their account data, then the end user can directly perform its task by raising a request in servicenow. The whole manual process of the support team is now automated where an end user can directly interact with the data and request for a certain transaction.
