• Management of available resource in the unit to deploy enterprise solutions like Microsoft SharePoint, CRM, ERP, Custom solutions for both in-house and external customers usage. • Oversee the activities of the Business Solutions unit - providing support on recruitment, training, communication, career guidance and development of staff. • Provide guidance on current/emerging industry trends, technology standards and regulations. • Identify new solution features with a view to enhancing service value and experience. • Interface with internal/external clients for demonstration of products, meetings • Internal ISO auditor, Design and implementation of ISO required documents and processes for the department • Design and implementation of capability maturity model integration (CMMI) required documents and processes for the department • Lead in the design of deployment Infrastructures for development, staging, live environment based on Microsoft sure step. • Manage DevOps and Azure subscriptions • Drive overall solution design, Develop, Deploy, Configure, Customize, Maintain, Build middle-ware libraries, etc. • Manage the functional specification, draw up specification and build core business intelligence • Manage the solution scope and critical trade-off decisions. • Map the Enterprise Architecture (EA) to the solution’s implementation architecture by providing solution-specific detail for application, data, and technology views of the architecture. • Implement the logical and physical designs of the solution. • Code features to meet the design specifications, Monitor UAT Test, Relate with Customers. • Conduct code reviews during development to share knowledge and experience. • Track and manage budget.
