SK-II embarked on an innovation journey that distant itself from traditional skin care beauty sales to technology led experiences which enriched user experiences in its retail space. Offering more than just touch screen experiences, NFC, LED technology were integrated into the retail space to create an environment that reacts to your presence. The key feature for this experience is digitally enhancing the retail shelf to include a product discovert touch panel, product locator using LEDs to locate the product on the shelf as well as tester product lift and react when the customer picks up a product from the shelf.

I worked on my first project with F5DIGITAL; Philips Family Rewards. A CRM Loyalty program that won 1 award in 2010. The 2010 Best Loyalty Campaign Gold Award in Digital Media Awards. I joined the development team to eventually become the lead developer for the program on the backend, database as well as the front end interface implementation phases. I eventually worked closely with the team, a solutions architect and a CRM specialist to enhance the program over a 2 years period. I was also interfacing with the client's IT department on various tasks, meeting client project stakeholders to discuss their requirements. In the development of this project. we created re-usable modules that were implemented for other client projects such as a digital communication personalization engine.
