As an analyst and developer for Regent I was creating software to analyze the success and points for improvement in the workforce. With the analytics, I would then turn around and implement checks, balances, and processes. Using software I was able to increase the throughput of the Workforce Management Department by 4x as they were no longer auditing everyone but just the data points that needed attention.
