I am an experienced React and React Native developer based in Durham, UK. I enjoy using my skills to make the world a better place, and I love sharing my knowledge with others through mentoring.

When I help you solve a problem, I always step back to help you understand the wider problem and help you get better at problem-solving, rather than just giving you tips and tricks.

I can help you solve JS/TS specific problems, and also help you make sense of the multitude of things out there, and help you focus on what actually matters and ignore the rest.

Bug fixes
I can gain familiarity with a codebase quite quickly, and I will help you fix specific bugs. If I can't fix your bug, I will give a full refund.

Tutoring/Teaching
If you're new to software development or just want to push to the next level, I can help you make sense of things and give you the right resources to advance your career. I can help you with setting up unit or integration tests with Jest/MSW/Testing Library, with frontend tooling, setting up a CI/CD pipeline etc.
We can also schedule regular mentoring sessions, and we can either start from the basics or work on any specific aspect of software development which interests you the most.
