I've been involved in javascript since libraries like YUI and Prototype first started. Professionally I've working in JS for 10 years. Being a CS major in college there is a lot about JavaScript that appeals to me, so I've always stayed in the know.

HTML... what would we do with out it? I've been working with HTML since as early as I can remember.

I've been working with PHP and php libraries for a long time. It was the first and primary server side language I worked with for many years. I have used PHP for many different applications for many different uses. I can also help out a lot with composer dependancies including overriding dependancies with your own forks.

I've been working off and on with Node.js for a while now. Professionally I have only used it about 6 years. I have used it for entire applications, and also for local development servers and build automation scripts. I know how to work with grunt, gulp or just plain webpack and babel. I have written Restful apps with Express also. I know how to wrap other shell processes and handle I/O.

I had been using YUI until I finally made the switch to jQuery. Of late I have primarily used angular and even more recently, ReactJs. However I was a real jQuery pro. Two jobs ago I was hired because of a jQuery plugin I wrote (privately for the company or I'd share). jQuery was my real bread and butter.

I've chosen MySQL for nearly every project as my go-to database. Of late I've worked with Postgresql and Mongo, but I wouldn't qualify my skill with either of them as mentor worthy. I've used MySQL as long as I've worked with PHP professionally. I've done analytics applications and simple transactional data handling. I know how to help people guard against injections and improper validation as well. I know the mechanics of MySQL and when to limit, when to index etc.

Haven't become seasoned yet at Git, but have worked with it more than most. I've used GUI's and also just the command line. I've set up webhooks and other deployment and CI tasks. I know how to instruct people with branching and merging and resolving conflicts. I can help people decide on a branching scheme and release. I can help people use software like github or bitbucket also, or setup a hosted git repo. I can instruct how to do pull requests or forking also.

For server software, I've used apache and of late primarily nginx. I can configure web roots, ssl certs, redirects, caching.. etc.

I've made several high traffic applications using angular. I've written many directives, routes, and unit tests for angular. At my current startup, our entire MVP is in angular with a php rest api backend. I know about configuration, angular-bootstrap, ui-router, and even a little bit about angular2 (I won an angular 2 hackathon by making a Tinder for goats, but I doubt I'll use angular 2 much more).

Relatively new to DevOps, I fell in love with it and could have gotten a job just doing it. At my current start up I handled all the DevOps stuff for local development (there are only three of us so it wasn't too big a task). I understand much about vagrant. I have a repo with a good number of stars for a WordPress VM which IMO surpasses VVV. It's called lasergoat/homepress.

Not my favorite platform, but I've built many sites and blogs using it. I've never needed to write a plugin, though I've written many themes from boilerplates and a few from scratch. Most of the themes I've made have been responsive for mobile.

I'm not sure when I first learned the command line, but I knew how to program well before I learned the intricacies of the linux kernel and using terminal etc. I can write shell scripts and have a better than average understanding of the CLI. When in doubt, man it out! know about devops, deployments, ssh, several different lilnux distros including centos, ubuntu and more recently Raspberry PI. I can help with initial setup, shell scripting, environment vars, users/groups, mountings, aliases, firewalls, sftp, VM's, fstab.... etc. Putting 6/10 because I'm in no way an expert, but I know enough where it's easy to solve the everyday problems we developers run into.

Back in the day we just ftp'd everything. Then as teams grew we started using commits hooks and CI servers and automatic deployments. Currently I can help a team setup CI build and deployment. I can set up rsync commands, or I can help them nail down a process which is right for them

Same experience as deployment. I've worked with Codeship, and springloops. I've worked with github pages and firebase deploy. I've built build scripts specifically for CI servers. I've worked with Jenkins also, but am in no way an expert.

Npm came out of nowhere. I went from never using it to using it hourly in the past few years. I have authored an npm package and therefore learned all about package scripts and linking for CLI packages. I know many of the commands and common pitfalls with using npm.

I am relatively new to the idea of build scripts but I've used them in just about every scenario (I feel). I haven't used them for anything but javascript related projects. For php I'm very familiar with composer but that's not really build related.

New to react! But have used it to build two production applications so far and have attended a conference and several local meetups. I learned how to teach people about functional programming and Redux. I can set up a skeleton application or help with an individual component. I am only putting 6/10 because I've only used it for a year. However, it's just javascript which is a strength of mine. React brings us closer to pure javascript.
