Summary
Web and UI/UX designer interested in all things related to web technologies, with a strong focus on UX research and accessibility.
I have been taking part in coordinating a team of 8 people in this direction, while simultaneously collaborating with several other teams.
During this period I have frequently undertaken Product Manager tasks (requirements collection & PRD creation, KPI definition, strategic alignment, stakeholder communication). As such, I am familiar with the complete development process.
Although my focal point is UI design & UX research, I have also worked in frontend development, being experienced with HTML and CSS, and familiar with JS.
In my work, I have strived to bring an approach based on the security of users and data. With this in mind, I have started studying cybersecurity, intending to be up to date with the security requirements in both the public and private sectors.
Work Experience
Working inside the global development branch of ISS World. In constant contact with a large R&D team, as well as working closely with the business stakeholders from Denmark and the UK.
- Built the UI of a new flagship product, to be deployed in 20+ countries.
- Focused on UX research, with close engagement with the final users, made up of user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and weekly brainstorming calls, with a strong focus on design reviews.
- Contributed to building and standardizing the company-wide design system, based on Material Design.
Co-founder of the Sensus web development and web design agency.
- Developed a variety of websites and web apps, the main niches being corporate & academic landing pages, and eCommerce platforms.
- Led UI/UX projects, with a strong focus on seamless user journey and accessibility.
- Organized and planned the activity of the team members (8-person team), and kept in touch with several other external teams.
