As a Full Stack Developer, Laravel Engineer, and Tech Lead at Vicomma, I helped design and build the platform’s core systems — an e-commerce and creative collaboration platform that connects merchants and creatives. Vicomma enables users to co-create and sell products through a bidding system similar to Freelancer, allowing creatives to pitch ideas and merchants to fund and commercialize them.

I led the end-to-end development of major features across backend and frontend using Laravel, Inertia.js, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS. I built scalable REST APIs for product listings, bids, messaging, payments, and user management while optimizing database queries and caching for performance. I also implemented secure authentication, project workflow automation, and integrated third-party payment gateways.

In my Tech Lead role, I organized and led Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring clear communication across design, engineering, and product teams. I enforced clean architecture standards, introduced modular design patterns, and led code reviews to maintain consistency and long-term maintainability.

On the infrastructure side, I developed Dockerized environments and built CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitLab CI to automate builds, tests, and deployments. I configured AWS services including ECS, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch, and managed infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, improving reliability and reducing deployment time.
