Java is my go to language. I have used Java for various classroom projects and personal projects. I created a REST Api in Java using the Jersey framework and using the MVC architecture model, created Swing gui, applications for multiple projects, and was a teacher-assistant for object-oriented undergraduate class at my university.  I also have experience with using junit with Java. 

I am a huge fan of functional programming. I have used Haskell, Racket, Clojure, and Scala for many applications. I have a good understanding of using higher order functions, such as map, filter, zip, and a good understand of creating them. I understand immutable data structures and their advantages and disadvantages of mutable data structures. I also have industry experience of using the functional aspects of Scala. 

Created my website, which is linked in my profile, using Php, Javascript, HTML, and CSS. Have knowledge of the Foundation CSS framework, and understand have to use jQuery and other libraries in a website.  

Used Scala to create a testing application. The application also made usage of Google Protocol Buffers and AWS Services. I also have knowledge of using the Scala built tool sbt.

Have used linux for various projects and have a nice understanding of using the terminal. 

As a computer scientist, there are many times in which I want I have to put code into a document or write complicated math equations. Overall the years, I have gone to LaTex to help solve these problems. I have grown significantly in LaTex, and even hosted a LaTex Workshop at my university. 

Have done various projects with SQL. One includes creating a database that connect to AWS RDS that mocks a webstore, if which there are several relations in the store such as customers, orders, products,  administrators, etc. I understand the basics behind database design. 

Have created many android apps in the pass for different use cases. The apps founded in the play store at the following link are some of the apps I help create in the pass. 


I have used git for a variety of projects. I have used for both personal projects and projects within industry. 

I was also a teach assistant for a C programming course at my university. I was responsible for helping students learn basic by the end of course. 

Have used Python for various class projects and personal projects.
