Work Experience
Worked closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and automate reporting processes with ETL tools and Power BI. Configured data pipelines using R scripts to extract and transform data from API and systems sources, scheduling automatic refreshes in Windows Task Scheduler. Created complex SQL and DAX queries to model and visualize raw data into performance metrics and business reports. Support users with documentation, FAQs, and assistance tools. Built strong relationships with project stakeholders, application users, and program owners.
- Developed a Power BI dashboard summarizing existing employees’ predictive index profiles.
- Wrote R scripts to replace system-generated Excel reports with API connections to raw system tables for the Greenhouse platform, as well as to Salesforce/Pardot data.
- Reengineered data source connections for a HR dashboard in Power BI, detailing the candidate to hire journey.
- Partnered with the CEO, project manager, and other analysts to overhaul the firm’s data infrastructure/pipeline scheme and product/service offerings to include direct API integration, Azure Virtual Machines, R Scripting, and Windows Task Scheduler.

- Served as the lead BI for demand planning automation, querying, and transforming sales and forecast data from over 60 ERPs, building/scheduling Alteryx workflows, and organizing schema for archive to SQL server/Snowflake.
- Designed and deployed a new forecast accuracy and bias dashboard in Power BI for global products, while maintaining older processes as during business unit migration.
- Directed 3rd party IT consultants on the development of a Power App, replacing Excel documentation and centralizing intake of key finance and operations data across multiple businesses for executive reporting.
- Innovated a Power BI dashboard providing near real time S&OE updates to reflect the most recent sales, COGS, inventory, and DIOH figures across over a dozen global business units and more than 100 international manufacturing/distribution sites.
- Collaborated with ERP and IT teams on a data ingestion/migration project, defining business metrics/target data fields for extraction from 60+ ERPs and ingestion into the JCI data lake.
