We build company wordpress websites, Laravel Portals and many other things. Also Building 3D Three js Interactive Real Estate Maps Here. Leading Team of 9 People, in which 8 are Developers ( 6 Senior Developers , 1 Junior & 1 PHP Intern ) and 1 Q/A We are working scrum , where I am performing role of scrum master + doing coding work. In 8 Developers ( 4 are of PHP , 3 of React Js and 1 of Node Js ) Way we are working is we had meetings with Product Owners , they provide all the information of projects like design , functionality , use cases etc. we divide project into stories with discussion on it with Product Owners. and then within team we create tasks and assign the relevant developer. after completion Q/A review that on Dev , Staging and then after release on production We manage projects on Jira boards All Projects are of company itself , we are not getting project from outside so our major stakeholders are company management and marketing team or sometime the team / department for home we develop the project every thing depend on business.
I joined this company as Junior Web Developer and then after 5 years leave it as Senior Web Developer, I was Leading a Team of 5 to 6 Developers , My Mainly Role was in Wordpress website building,
We as team buit many website, some sites were built for ecommerce store using woocommerce,
we have customize themes , built custom plugins , custom scripts for different purposes etc.
Build from scratch a portal called Neuro.
which is booking revenue crm for owners of rooms / hotels , where they can see dashboard which have information of previous bookings and future coming bookings , in-hotel etc.
This portal we have also connect with differen channels for getting bookings , we provide them availability
and they send bookings on its basis. Channel like NightBridge etc.
Build Ecommerce Store using Magento 1 & 2 , Upgrading Magento 1 sites to Magento 2, Woocommerce.
