I currently serve as a Tech Lead specializing in cross-platform mobile application development. My expertise lies in architecting, developing, and leading teams to deliver high-quality, performant applications utilizing cutting-edge frameworks, primarily React Native and Flutter.

Core Responsibilities and Expertise

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define the technical roadmap and architecture for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. This includes making critical decisions regarding technology stack, design patterns (e.g., BLoC, Redux), and performance optimization strategies for both React Native and Flutter projects.
• Mobile Development Proficiency: Deep hands-on development experience in both React Native(JavaScript/TypeScript) and Flutter (Dart). I actively contribute to the codebase, building complex features, handling state management, and managing platform-specific dependencies and bridging for critical native functionalities.
• Team Mentorship & Quality Assurance: I lead, mentor, and coach a team of mobile developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and rigorous quality through comprehensive code reviews. I am responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and robust testing strategies (unit and integration tests).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: I act as the primary technical liaison, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate product vision and business requirements into clear technical specifications and deliverable application features.
