My role at DSSM TechnoDynamics involves providing engineering solutions for the company. Additionally, I take sessions to garner interest in the area of Robotics and Programming. I work with multiple languages such as Python, JavaScript and C to build automation solutions on IoT platforms. Moreover, I deploy web services for these solutions on cloud platforms like AWS and GCE.

Robotics Instructor-Developer

Setup Raspberry PI to monitor aquarium PH, Temperature values. Deployed a web interface running on Node.JS on AWS EC2 to show sensor values from PI by allowing users to login. Used cron jobs to backup the PI sensor values to S3 instances. Wrote a script to pull backed up data in Excel Sheets.

Freelance Developer

Used Python to automate a GUI procedure on MacOSX using PyAutoGUI. Used multi-threading to introduce asynchronous behavior and speed up execution.

My work at Boston Scientific dealt with automation of sales reporting and dashboard preparations for analytical data views. Additionally I was required to setup of periodic notifications to highlight the key points of the analysed data promoting quick action in considerably reduced amount of time. In addition to this I also had to establish automated workflows for employee exit and change requests.

Engineering Intern

My work involved designing of core API's that power the Gamezop platform as well as developing other micro services that provide support on the back end. I wrote code in TypeScript and maintained it using Git. I deployed the code on AWS EC2 and GCE machines. Additionally, I learned about configuring Nginx for load balancing and setup logging using LogStash. Furthermore, I was involved in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Docker. I also setup ElasticSearch to allow keyword extraction. Moreoever, I worked with various API's such as facebook-graph-api and Google-oauth-api to add functionalities to the platform.

Backend Engineer and Architect

I developed a tool to facilitate automatic emails from Excel. It saved the company numerous man hours by automating a redundant process.

 Java: write once, run away! 

It's the best thing about Java. I don't have to worry about out of the box surprises when my code visits different platforms.
I started learning Java in 7th standard on my own ( When Sun Microsystems was not owned by Oracle!) & since then have stuck to it.

I've been coding in Java for 6 years and I use it majorly for software development.
Some of them being, File Encryption Systems, Text Encryption System, P2P File sharing application.

I am extremely comfortable in writing Java because of my long associativity with it. 

 A language that doesn't affect the way you think about programming is not worth knowing. 

JS has given me a new perspective into programming. It has taught me to think differently, even about minute tasks.
It is my second most used language.

Node.js is my choice of framework for building web applications & sometimes native applications also. I've worked extensively on Node.js and deployed complete backends using web frameworks like Express.js and Hapi.js. 

I've used Express extensively for building web apps in competitions and for personal projects. I've coupled it with front end technologies like Angular, and used templating engines like Jade and EJS with it also.

I've used Hapi.js(using TypeScript) in production & deployed the backend on AWS. 

I use Python for writing automation scripts. I deploy those scripts on IoT systems like Raspberry Pi or on the cloud like AWS or GCE.

Substantial experience with using HTML/CSS frameworks like Bootstrap & Materialize css.
Most of my projects involve these technologies.

I've used C for coding Graphical algorithms for some projects. Comfortable working with pointers.

I've used TypeScript in production along with Hapi.js to deploy multiple micro services. I am comfortable with the process of compiling TS and it's type definition system. 

I've used Git in almost all of my projects. Additionally, I've also used Git coupled with Docker to build a Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment pipeline. I have knowledge about the internal structure of Git and I mostly use it through command line interface.

I have worked extensively with MongoDB across most of my web apps. I've mostly used Mongoose.js to interact with the database and have ussed it in production as well.

I've experience writing SQL scripts for tasks such as -
1. Data migration
2. Cleaning Data
3. Modifying the structure of tables etc.

I've used C++ to write add on's for my my projects based on Node.js. Moreover, I am comfortable in implementing data structures and algorithms in C++

As a web developer, I've worked extensively with CSS3 and CSS frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap. I have also worked with Material Design to develop front end for dynamic and static websites.

GCE was my professional choice for deploying web services that I developed in TypeScript using Hapi.js frameworks. I am very comfortable using GCE and know how to maintain and configure my instances to build the most suitable architecture for a project.
