We’re seeking a Managed File Transfer Engineer to join us.

As an MFT Engineer, you will be a key contributor within the File Management Department by managing and prioritizing daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks.

What you’ll do:

Automate manual processes
Analyze multiple file types and standards.
Configure SFTP users and folder structures
Troubleshoot SFTP connection issues.
Train end users on use of SFTP and Secure Forms.
Set up folders, credentials, and automated file movement.
Work cross-functionally to configure HL7 connections
Troubleshoot connection issues and other complications
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal Zotec employees as well as Zotec clients
Analyze data by writing and running basic SQL queries.
Analyze logs to identify and prevent potential issues from occurring
Analyze files for complete data
Manage assigned projects
Follow up with Clients on live/test data

What you’ll bring to Zotec:

Experience utilizing SQL, including writing and running queries, to analyze data
Goanywhere experience preferred
Knowledge and understanding of file structure for analysis (HL7, EDI x12, Image formats, Excel)
Proficient MS Office skills
Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution through problem solving and attention to detail
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexible mentality: eager and willing to learn new technology, performing varied tasks, and adapting to change
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
