We’re seeking a Managed File Transfer Engineer to join us. 
 
As an MFT Engineer, you will be a key contributor within the File Management Department by managing and prioritizing daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks. 
 
What you’ll do:

* Automate manual processes
* Analyze multiple file types and standards.
* Configure SFTP users and folder structures
* Troubleshoot SFTP connection issues.
* Train end users on use of SFTP and Secure Forms.
* Set up folders, credentials, and automated file movement.
* Work cross-functionally to configure HL7 connections
* Troubleshoot connection issues and other complications
* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal Zotec employees as well as Zotec clients
* Analyze data by writing and running basic SQL queries.
* Analyze logs to identify and prevent potential issues from occurring
* Analyze files for complete data
* Manage assigned projects
* Follow up with Clients on live/test data

What you’ll bring to Zotec:

* Experience utilizing SQL, including writing and running queries, to analyze data
* Goanywhere experience preferred
* Knowledge and understanding of file structure for analysis (HL7, EDI x12, Image formats, Excel)
* Proficient MS Office skills
* Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution through problem solving and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
* Flexible mentality: eager and willing to learn new technology, performing varied tasks, and adapting to change
* Able to work independently and in a team environment
* Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
