We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Software Developer to enhance and maintain an Engagement Tracking System (ETS) application. The developer will be responsible for implementing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing system performance.

Expected Experience_

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with Salesforce development required.
• Strong understanding of software testing and debugging.

Duties

• Design, develop, and implement new system features.
• Fix software bugs and optimize application performance.
• Work with Office of Personnel Management, Office of the Inspector General stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal IT standards and security policies.
• Maintain documentation for system upgrades and changes.
