Zip Zap IT Solutions is a dynamic, small business specializing in providing innovative technology solutions to government clients. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a **Software Developer** to enhance and maintain an Engagement Tracking System (ETS) application. The developer will be responsible for implementing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing system performance.

Expected Experience_**

*   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
*   Minimum **3 years of experience in software development.**
*   Proficiency in **Java, JavaScript, or Python.**
*   Experience with **Salesforce development required.**
*   Strong understanding of software testing and debugging.

**_Duties_**

*   Design, develop, and implement new system features.
*   Fix software bugs and optimize application performance.
*   Work with Office of Personnel Management, Office of the Inspector General stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
*   Ensure compliance with federal IT standards and security policies.
*   Maintain documentation for system upgrades and changes.
