As the Startups Marketing Manager, you will lead Growth Marketing initiatives across both digital and field channels to drive adoption and engagement among startups in the Brazilian ecosystem. You will design and execute innovative marketing campaigns and programs that generate awareness and drive demand for Zendesk among the region’s most promising startups.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including our regional sales teams, the global Zendesk for Startups team, and external partners, to deliver impactful marketing strategies that resonate with startup founders and their teams.
Your responsibilities will include managing marketing initiatives such as field events, thought leadership content, online advertising, and strategic sponsorships to strengthen Zendesk’s presence in the startup community. Success in this role will require creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to refine and scale efforts.
