About the Role
Zendesk is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join our Contact Centre product team. This team is dedicated to creating exceptional customer experience products that leverage cutting-edge technologies, including React and Typescript. Our mission is to empower over 140,000 global businesses by delivering solutions that enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.
As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-quality frontend architecture that is secure, maintainable, and accessible. You will collaborate closely with designers and fellow engineers to develop innovative solutions that address real customer needs. This is an autonomous role that offers significant opportunities for impact across the Zendesk product family.
