Job Description
Zendesk is seeking a Global Content Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive global demand campaigns, with a particular focus on creating demand in the IT, Employee Experience (EX), and Employee Service (ES) space. This role will be instrumental in nurturing open opportunities and building a pipeline to grow our Employee Service solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with regional marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and bookings.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in demand generation for ITSM solutions, employee experience or employee service initiatives. Experienced in developing content strategies, working with event speakers, and evolving messaging for the stages of the buyer journey . You should be a team player with strong influence management, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a willingness to learn new AI and marketing technologies. _Fully Flexible - BUT YOU MUST LIVE IN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO ONE OF OUR MARKETING HUBS (AUSTIN, SEATTLE, SF BAY)
_The US annualized base salary range for this position is $103,000.00-$155,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
