Job Responsibilities:
Formulate annual marketing strategies, budget allocation, and GMV targets for the North America market, taking responsibility for market share and brand awareness.
Centered on KOL-driven content, efficiently integrate PR, social media channels, paid advertising, SEO, offline events, and other platforms to create breakthrough marketing campaigns.
Lead marketing budget allocation, monitor ROI across channels, and regularly optimize investment strategies.
Deeply cultivate North America media and resources, build strong relationships with mainstream media, influencer networks, and cultural ecosystems to ensure precise reach to target users (especially beauty audiences).
Manage and collaborate with agencies/partners to ensure brand messaging aligns with user needs.
Lead PR strategy in North America to enhance brand reputation and visibility, and ensure rapid, effective crisis management when needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of marketing experience in the North American market.
Proficient in the content ecosystem and engagement strategies of mainstream North American social platforms.
Possess extensive media and influencer (KOL/talent) resources in North America, with the ability to independently coordinate advertising, PR, and integrated campaigns.
Results-oriented, growth-driven, and able to maximize ROI in resource-limited environments.

任職要求:
本科及以上學歷,5年以上北美市場行銷經驗。
精通北美主流社群平台的玩法與內容生態。
具備豐富的當地媒體與北美網紅(KOL/達人)資源,能夠獨立統籌整合廣告、PR等渠道作戰。
