What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Blockchain applications and smart contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, secure, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Rust.
Integrate APIs and third-party services into decentralized applications.
Research and implement new Blockchain protocols and tools to improve performance.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Contribute to solving complex scalability, security, and interoperability challenges in decentralized ecosystems.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience with one or more of: Python, Go, Node.js, or Rust.
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, distributed systems).
Experience in or genuine interest to transition into the Web3/Blockchain industry.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

Hands-on experience with Blockchain protocols, smart contract development, Ethereum, Solidity, or similar Web3 technologies.
Previous contributions to open-source Blockchain projects.
Experience with decentralized infrastructure, consensus mechanisms, or cryptography.

What’s Offered

Competitive salary between $80,000 – $160,000 USD depending on experience.
