We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist (Search Engine Marketing – SEO & PPC) to support one of our U.S.-based clients. This position is ideal for a data-driven marketer who loves building, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major PPC platforms — while also driving long-term organic growth through SEO strategies.
About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns and organic search initiatives to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
You’ll work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency and measurable ROI across channels.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, experience in digital ad platforms, and a proactive approach to testing and improving campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management for paid campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA), and optimize for results.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
Conduct site audits and implement on-page/off-page optimizations.
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive ad messaging and visuals.
Create monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and PPC.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong knowledge of keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
Experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
Analytical mindset and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
Ability to work independently and report performance insights clearly.
Nice to Have
Experience with landing page optimization (Unbounce, Leadpages, or WordPress).
Understanding of email marketing funnels and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or GoHighLevel).
Familiarity with UTM tagging, pixel tracking, and retargeting campaigns.
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies.
