We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist (Search Engine Marketing – SEO & PPC) to support one of our U.S.-based clients. This position is ideal for a data-driven marketer who loves building, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major PPC platforms — while also driving long-term organic growth through SEO strategies.

 

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns and organic search initiatives to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

You’ll work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency and measurable ROI across channels.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, experience in digital ad platforms, and a proactive approach to testing and improving campaign performance.

 

Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and LinkedIn Ads.

 

* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management for paid campaigns.

 

* Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA), and optimize for results.

 

* Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.

 

* Conduct site audits and implement on-page/off-page optimizations.

 

* Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive ad messaging and visuals.

 

* Create monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

 

* Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

 

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and PPC.

 

* Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

 

* Strong knowledge of keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.

 

* Experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

 

* Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

 

* Analytical mindset and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.

 

* Ability to work independently and report performance insights clearly.

 

Nice to Have

* Experience with landing page optimization (Unbounce, Leadpages, or WordPress).

 

* Understanding of email marketing funnels and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or GoHighLevel).

 

* Familiarity with UTM tagging, pixel tracking, and retargeting campaigns.

 

* Experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies.
