Role Description:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of the growth engine—responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across digital channels. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition and pipeline velocity, supporting aggressive revenue and engagement targets. A Glimpse to your day -to-day life:
- Develop and manage multi-channel performance marketing strategies including SEM, paid social (especially LinkedIn), display, and email marketing.
- Monitor, report, and optimize digital campaign performance to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spends effectively across high-performing platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign results.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to evaluate user behavior and conversion paths.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and channel best practices.
- Support marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows via email.
Who We're Looking for (Ideal Candidate Profile)
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a SaaS or B2B technology company.
- Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns across SEM (Google Ads), LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics and campaign tracking methodologies.
- Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for performance metrics.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how organic and paid strategies complement each other.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
