Marketing Manager (Dual Role: ABA Building Blocks & The Buddy Center)

We are two women-owned, mission-driven companies making an impact in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA):
- ABA Building Blocks – a national consulting and business services firm helping ABA practices launch, grow, and thrive.
- The Buddy Center – a start-up ABA therapy provider supporting children and teens with autism and their families in Greenville, SC.
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can develop and execute marketing strategies for both companies. This person should be organized, creative, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help us grow.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for both brands
- Manage and update both websites with SEO-focused content
- Create engaging posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Run digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and track results
- Manage marketing calendars and track analytics
- Support recruiting and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across both companies while tailoring tone to each audience
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health
- Strong writing and content creation skills (social, web, and email)
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Experience with SEO, digital ads, and WordPress or similar CMS
- Graphic design or Canva skills are a plus
- ABA or healthcare industry experience is a big plus
