**Marketing Manager (Dual Role: ABA Building Blocks & The Buddy Center)**

We are two women-owned, mission-driven companies making an impact in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA):

*   **ABA Building Blocks** – a national consulting and business services firm helping ABA practices launch, grow, and thrive.
*   **The Buddy Center** – a start-up ABA therapy provider supporting children and teens with autism and their families in Greenville, SC.

We’re looking for an experienced **Marketing Manager** who can develop and execute marketing strategies for both companies. This person should be organized, creative, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help us grow.

**What You’ll Do**

*   Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for both brands
*   Manage and update both websites with SEO-focused content
*   Create engaging posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
*   Run digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and track results
*   Manage marketing calendars and track analytics
*   Support recruiting and community engagement initiatives
*   Ensure brand consistency across both companies while tailoring tone to each audience

**What We’re Looking For**

*   3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health
*   Strong writing and content creation skills (social, web, and email)
*   Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects
*   Experience with SEO, digital ads, and WordPress or similar CMS
*   Graphic design or Canva skills are a plus
*   ABA or healthcare industry experience is a **big plus**
