📋 Role Overview

• Ad Design: Design engaging static and dynamic ads for Facebook and Instagram, adhering to platform guidelines and best practices.
• Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative ad concepts and campaigns.
• Asset Creation: Create various ad assets, such as banners, carousels, and story ads.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze ad performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising.

🎯 Qualifications:

• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and creating ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Proficient with AI image/ video generation tools
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of Meta ad formats and best practices
