📋 Role Overview

  

*   Ad Design: Design engaging static and dynamic ads for Facebook and Instagram, adhering to platform guidelines and best practices.
*   Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative ad concepts and campaigns.
*   Asset Creation: Create various ad assets, such as banners, carousels, and story ads.
*   Performance Optimization: Analyze ad performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
*   Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising.

  

🎯 Qualifications:

*   Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
*   At least 3 years of experience in designing and creating ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
*   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
*   Proficient with AI image/ video generation tools
*   Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling
*   Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
*   Strong communication and collaboration skills
*   A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of Meta ad formats and best practices
