What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the Aible contracting strategy to support product launches and drive adoption
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership
• Foster accountability and cross-functional alignment among sales, marketing, legal, and business teams
• Optimize internal workflows to ensure timely and seamless program execution
• Represent the organization in customer discussions, providing expert-level support on product functionality and contractual topics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Demonstrated success in Program or Project Management
• Proven ability to lead or support software contract negotiations
• Familiarity with regulatory and security standards such as HIPAA and GDPR

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 5+ years' experience in medical device software or services
• Experience communicating data governance and interoperability concepts to stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective partnerships across teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to guide strategy and improve program performance
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Smartsheet
