What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) 
 


* Lead the end-to-end execution of the Aible contracting strategy to support product launches and drive adoption
* Define, track, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership
* Foster accountability and cross-functional alignment among sales, marketing, legal, and business teams
* Optimize internal workflows to ensure timely and seamless program execution
* Represent the organization in customer discussions, providing expert-level support on product functionality and contractual topics 
 
 

What Is Required (Qualifications) 
 


* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
* Ability to travel up to 10%
* Demonstrated success in Program or Project Management
* Proven ability to lead or support software contract negotiations
* Familiarity with regulatory and security standards such as HIPAA and GDPR 
 
 

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 
 


* 5+ years' experience in medical device software or services
* Experience communicating data governance and interoperability concepts to stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective partnerships across teams
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to guide strategy and improve program performance
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Smartsheet
