About The Role
This role is for someone who thrives on driving big ideas and getting things done. You’ll lead content strategy, write standout copy, champion the brand voice of the company, and create content that earns attention and drives demand.
While this is an individual contributor role today, you’ll be far from alone — with access to a network of internal experts, an external copywriting partner, creative agencies, and subject matter experts across the business.
Reporting to the SVP of Global Marketing, you will:
Own and activate the brand voice
- Own the tone across all external channels — punchy, bold, smart, and customer-focused
- Bring clarity and energy to messaging, turning strategy into scroll-stopping content
Lead content strategy and creation
- Build and maintain a content strategy that supports demand gen, brand building, and customer engagement
- Create campaign-driven, high-performing content including blogs, video scripts, guides, social copy, product messaging, and more
- Collaborate with the product marketing and growth teams to shape messaging that resonates at every stage of the buying journey
- Use the "Content Collective" of internal experts to source, shape, and validate ideas
Ignite social channels
- Create social-first content that creates conversation and builds brand authority
- Break free of the ‘sea of sameness’ of bland B2B social content
- Experiment with formats, build momentum around launches, and stay plugged into what's working across B2B tech
Elevate content operations
- Leverage AI tools to speed up ideation and increase output — without losing the human voice
- Manage the output and workflows with an external copywriter and creative agency partners
- Work across teams to prioritize and scale content creation
Make video a core content pillar
- Collaborate on video-first campaigns and product stories
- Write video scripts that grab attention and bring messaging to life - not your normal B2B content
- Partner with design and creative to produce high-quality, on-brand content
Own content performance
- Track and report on how content is performing across channels.
- Use insights to continuously improve effectiveness, inform strategy, and demonstrate impact on awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing
- Proven track record of taking company content to whole new heights
- Outstanding writing skills and a portfolio of content that balances craft with performance
- Proven experience developing content strategy and leading execution across multiple formats
- Experience working with product marketing and sales to align content to key messaging
- A builder’s mindset — comfortable moving from strategy to execution, independently
- Expert user of AI tools like for ideation, creation and acceleration
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to drive alignment across teams and get the best out of experts and partners
