About The Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager who excels in content strategy, growth-driven storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is central to the customer journey, ensuring that content reaches and resonates with developers worldwide. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has experience scaling content marketing programs, and possesses a strong blend of creative and analytical skills.

 

This position requires expertise in SEO, email marketing, editorial content, thought leadership, and influencer marketing. The role will drive innovative strategies to engage and convert audiences across multiple channels while aligning content initiatives with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Head of Content and cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives.
* Lead multi-channel content initiatives, including SEO, email, blog, thought leadership, social, influencer marketing, web content, and community engagement.
* Oversee the content lifecycle from ideation to creation, approvals, and distribution.
* Partner with channel owners to shape and refine creative strategies that drive measurable results.
* Continuously analyze content performance, leveraging data insights to optimize strategy for maximum impact.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the developer and API space to ensure content remains relevant and valuable.

 

About You

* 5+ years of experience developing and executing content strategies across SEO, email, social, web, webinars, and case studies.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking in content creation and distribution.
* A creative mindset with a proven track record of producing high-quality content.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
* Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, working with multiple stakeholders.

 

Compensation & Benefits

This is a remote role based in the United States, with a salary range of $150,000 to $190,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
