We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Leader with deep expertise in Digital Engineering Services. This role demands strong proficiency in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), branding, social selling tactics,and pipeline-focused demand generation. The ideal candidate has successfully designed and executed 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, developed thought leadership-led branding initiatives, and built integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & ABM
- Ensuring acumen in digital and ABM marketing
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital, social, website, events, and content syndication tailored to digital engineering buyers.
- Design, execute, and scale 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies, aligning closely with Sales and Client Partners.
- Contribute to marketing plan execution end 2 end, from content production to campaign activation and campaign planning adjustments as we go
- Ensure the plans supports the marketing targets ensuring growth across verticals
- Conduct targeted research and stakeholder mapping to identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers.
- Drive personalized direct outreach with multi-channel engagement tactics to secure executive-level conversations.
- Build buying group engagement strategies, mapping key influencers and tailoring value propositions to specific roles.
Branding & Positioning
- Lead branding initiatives to elevate the company’s reputation in digital engineering services.
- Develop thought leadership campaigns, content storytelling, and corporate narratives that strengthen brand visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.
Collaboration & Growth Alignment
- Partner with sales, client partners, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, cross-sell, and upsell potential.
- Ensure alignment with revenue teams to translate marketing efforts into pipeline and bookings.
- Collaborate with product engineering and content teams to craft compelling buyer-centric assets.
Pipeline Monitoring & Analytics
- Demonstrate high accountability on pipeline contribution and development
- Track and monitor lead qualification criteria to ensure strong sales hand-offs along the funnel.
- Track and report pipeline progression with accurate CRM attribution.
- Provide engagement insights and optimize strategies based on performance analytics.
Market Acumen & Continuous Learning
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing and strong understanding of industry needs (BFSI, Retail & Travel, Healthcare, Tech & CME) with the ability to align strategies with business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics in digital engineering.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance insights and evolving market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ marketing with Masters / MBA essential
- 9–14 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology / digital engineering services.
- Proven ABM expertise (1:1 and 1:few) with measurable success in driving engagement and pipeline.
- Demonstrated experience in branding, corporate positioning, and integrated storytelling.
- Proficiency in social selling tactics to build executive-level engagement and amplify ABM campaigns.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing to revenue growth.
- Strong ability to analyze insights and performance to refine engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, 6Sense, Pardot, Octopost, ABM platforms, CRM Platforms etc.).
- Strong analytical skills to measure ROI, refine campaigns, and deliver executive-level reporting.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills for working with senior stakeholders.
