  • Deep coding experience in at least one modern backend language (Python, Go, Node.js, Java).

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior work in healthcare, EHR integrations, or compliance-heavy systems.
  • Experience with conversational AI frameworks or LLM-powered applications.
  • Background in workflow orchestration or scheduling systems.

First-Month Focus

  • Audit existing Receptionist Agent technical stack for reliability bottlenecks.
  • Define technical roadmap for scheduling and integration improvements.
  • Partner with Senior Engineers to implement first reliability upgrades.

Success OKRs (90 Days)

  • Deliver architecture plan that supports 10x increase in scheduling throughput.
  • Establish automated reliability monitoring across SMS and EHR sync pipelines.
  • Reduce engineering incidents related to scheduling/EHR by >15.

Culture Fit

  • Persistent, driven problem solver
  • Willing to push back on leadership to defend quality/timelines
