Strategic Staffing Solutions International client is a digital marketing agency based in New York that specializes in helping B2B clients, including media publishers, membership organizations, event organizers, and nonprofits, reach their target audiences effectively. Currently is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop HTML emails and oversee demand generation campaigns using HubSpot. Special focus will be on client-sponsored programs including web seminars, research projects, and white papers.
- A/B Subject Line Testing: Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines to optimize open and click-through rates.
- Landing Page Conversions: Monitor and optimize landing page conversions with the aim of driving higher engagement rates.
- Email Lead Nurturing: Create, deploy, and refine targeted email nurturing campaigns. Utilize both external and internal intent data to enhance engagement.
- Third-Party and Internal Intent Data: Leverage third-party and internal intent data to better inform campaign strategies and drive higher engagement.
- Lead Monitoring: Supervise lead flow, qualification, and handover processes for optimized lead management.
- Testing Email Triggers: Implement and test various email trigger scenarios to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Account-Based Marketing: Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing programs designed to expedite client pipeline growth.
- Target List Development: Collaborate with Audience development teams to compile and segment target account lists.
- Customized Campaigns: Create bespoke 1-to-1 and 1-to-few marketing campaigns aimed at high-priority accounts and market segments.
- Campaign Analytics: Evaluate and adjust key performance metrics like CPA and ROI.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+years of specialized experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with a HubSpot, Omeda and MailChimp focus.
- 3-5years of total Marketing experience, particularly in a events or subscriptions in B2B environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and using intent data to drive campaign engagement.
- Strong background in managing programs such as webinars, white papers, and research initiatives.
- Outstanding team collaboration skills and experience in cross-functional partnerships.
- Familiarity with other marketing automation tools like HubSpot, MailChimp, Marketo, Omeda, Silverpop, or Eloqua is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior client-facing experience is highly desirable.
