Though this posting is for an upcoming opportunity, we are typically seeking consultants with the following skillsets:

• 10+ years as a Software Engineer or Application Developer with experience in C#, .NET, REST API design, OOP, Angular/React.
• 3+ years managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing a highly motivated technical workforce.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and modern software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience recruiting, assessing, hiring, and retaining technical talent.
• Ability to optimize team composition, manage priorities, and oversee backlog and resource allocation.
• Hands-on technical expertise in C#/.NET, React, GraphQL, Azure, and design patterns.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Experience collaborating with architects and product owners to align technology strategy with team delivery.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments and recognized as a servant leader.
• Passion for fostering growth, building domain expertise, and creating a rewarding environment for team members.
