Software Engineering Manager – Upcoming Opportunity

We are a technology and advisory services firm partnering with Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, and mid-market organizations to help our clients craft a culture of continuous transformation. We introduce a blend of emerging technology solutions, data science services, and consulting services to fuel our clients’ modernization initiatives.

 

Though this posting is for an upcoming opportunity, we are typically seeking consultants with the following skillsets:

 

* 10+ years as a Software Engineer or Application Developer with experience in C#, .NET, REST API design, OOP, Angular/React.
* 3+ years managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing a highly motivated technical workforce.
* Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and modern software engineering fundamentals.
* Proven experience recruiting, assessing, hiring, and retaining technical talent.
* Ability to optimize team composition, manage priorities, and oversee backlog and resource allocation.
* Hands-on technical expertise in C#/.NET, React, GraphQL, Azure, and design patterns.
* Strong leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
* Experience collaborating with architects and product owners to align technology strategy with team delivery.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments and recognized as a servant leader.
* Passion for fostering growth, building domain expertise, and creating a rewarding environment for team members.
