Overview
We’re seeking a highly strategic, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to act as a right hand to the Chief Marketing Officer. This is not a pure execution or task-doer role — it’s for someone who understands marketing strategy end-to-end, can translate data into action, and help lead key growth initiatives across campaigns, content, sales, and brand partnerships.
You’ll bring a strong foundation in CRO/CMO-level thinking — optimizing funnels, interpreting analytics, improving conversion performance, and managing cross-functional marketing initiatives. This role blends strategy, execution, and leadership, helping shape and scale our marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the CMO to plan, execute, and manage core marketing initiatives across all channels.
- Campaign Planning & Optimization: Develop and optimize marketing campaigns, landing pages, and funnel strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Data & Performance Management: Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards; monitor KPIs and identify actionable insights.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns support lead generation and conversion goals.
- Social Media & Content: Plan and execute the social media content calendar; manage creative briefs, content pipelines, and campaign timelines.
- Brand Partnerships: Assist in building and scaling our athlete sponsorship and ambassador program.
- Public Relations: Manage podcast appearance schedules and coordinate guest opportunities for leadership.
- Marketing Operations: Improve workflows, track campaign performance, and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing roles, ideally with CRO or CMO-level experience or exposure to strategic marketing leadership.
- Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, funnel optimization, and analytics.
- Excellent project management skills — organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience leading or supporting sales and marketing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.).
Ideal Candidate
You’re a strategic operator — someone who can think like a CMO, but isn’t afraid to get tactical when needed. You understand the full marketing ecosystem, from data dashboards to creative briefs, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment where strategy meets execution
