Position Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Marketing & Sales to lead revenue generation across multiple brands and industries. This senior-level role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, resourcefulness, and proven sales capabilities. The ideal candidate will conduct independent market research, create comprehensive marketing campaigns, manage budgets creatively, and directly engage in sales to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Immediate Priority: Achieve 95%+ occupancy in residential park properties within 6 months (filling ~150-200 vacant sites).
Ongoing Responsibility: Expand marketing campaigns to other brands in the portfolio, including environmental services.
This is a high-autonomy entrepreneurial role requiring the ability to build systems, pivot across industries, and maximize results with limited resources.
