Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Manage website content, SEO tasks and blog/article updates.
• Assist in email marketing, social media content creation and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with the design and development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Customer Care & Support

• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients via phone, email and chat.
• Assist clients with service inquiries, website update requests and general support.
• Maintain follow-ups, ensure timely issue resolution and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage customer feedback and help improve overall satisfaction.
• Support sales and business development teams when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, IT or a relevant field.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Search Console, Analytics).
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Good customer service mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing or graphic tools (like Canva) is a plus.
