Position: Marketing and Communications Manager
Reports to: Senior MCM/CMO
Place of Work: Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 6am-2pm SAST
Salary: R25 000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
~Platform and Content Management
- Regularly update and optimise customer-facing platforms, ensuring they’re user-friendly and SEO-optimised to increase visibility and webinar registrations.
- Develop and implement lead magnets and innovative scripts to attract new leads.
- Identify and leverage emerging marketing channels to keep Integrity Property Investment at the forefront of the industry.
~Webinar Registration and Client Engagement
- Strategise and execute campaigns to drive webinar registrations through compelling content and targeted outreach.
- Manage client interactions following registration to enhance engagement and customer experience.
- Develop comprehensive pre- and post-webinar processes, including tracking registrations, responding to client messages, and preparing sales follow-up reports.
~Email Campaigns
- Write and schedule innovative email scripts to engage and nurture the existing database.
- Maintain a strategic calendar for email campaigns and ensure all communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research to keep campaigns current and competitive.
~Social Media and Brand Awareness
- Regularly update and manage social media platforms with engaging content to promote webinars and brand initiatives.
- Research and implement new platforms to broaden brand reach and enhance customer engagement.
- Plan and manage campaigns that align with Integrity Property Investment's goals and objectives.
~Weekly Marketing Meetings
- Prepare weekly slide decks showcasing campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- Present updates, provide feedback, and lead discussions on ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
~CRM System and Automation Management
- Oversee the CRM system, including automation setups, nurture sequences, and landing pages.
- Develop forms, landing pages, and email campaigns that support lead nurturing and client engagement.
~Website Management
- Ensure the website is consistently updated with SEO-friendly, client-centric content.
- Monitor and implement trending website features, ensuring mobile compatibility and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the design team to create new pages and content as needed.
~Brand Identity and Competitor Analysis
- Maintain a clear and consistent brand identity across all channels, updating logos, colors, and themes as necessary.
- Conduct regular competitor analyses, identifying effective strategies to keep Integrity Property Investment ahead of the market.
~Team Collaboration and Support
- Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and support individual projects.
- Provide assistance to ensure team deadlines are met, contributing to group success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: BCom degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in marketing and communications and results achieved
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, email marketing, social media management, and SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay current with market trends and leverage insights to drive brand growth.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms to manage content, track KPIs, and generate reports.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
