Weʼre growing in high-performance ecommerce PPC and need a dedicated expert who can own execution, optimization, and scaling for ecommerce clients.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising e-commerce PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, Search) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram product catalogue campaigns).
Youʼll work closely with our local PPC lead who will collaborate with you on strategy, while you focus on technical setup, feed optimization, campaign management, and ROAS scaling.
This is a hands-on role — weʼre looking for someone who lives inside the ad accounts, knows how to read the data, and can take a store from break-even to highly profitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize Google Shopping & Performance Max campaigns for ecommerce brands.
- Manage Meta Ads product catalogue campaigns, dynamic retargeting, and seasonal promotions.
- Conduct SKU-level bid and budget optimization based on margin and performance.
- Optimize product feeds via Google Merchant Center & Facebook Commerce Manager (titles, descriptions, GTINs, attributes).
- Implement conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, UTM tagging, enhanced conversions).
- Run A/B creative and offer testing to improve CTR and ROAS.
- Analyze performance and produce clear, actionable reports for our PPC lead.
- Suggest scaling strategies based on AOV, LTV, and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years running profitable ecommerce PPC campaigns at scale (50K+/month ad spend).
- Proven track record with Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta Ads.
- Deep understanding of product feed management and feed optimization best practices.
- Strong experience with Google Merchant Center and Facebook product catalogues.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to pivot campaigns quickly based on results.
- Proficiency with GA4, GTM, UTM tracking, and attribution models.
- Excellent written English and ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Experience working with Shopify (or similar platforms) and integrating feeds.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Klaviyo, email flows, and integrating PPC with retention marketing.
- Knowledge of TikTok Ads for e-commerce.
- Familiarity with scripts and automation for PPC optimisation.
- Experience in North American markets.
