Job Code : RCI-FB-61534-1
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 07-08 Month extension possible based on needs and performance
Minimum Salary: $55.00 Per Hourly
Maximum Salary: $60.00 Per Hourly
Scope
- There are two programs that require the support by the capacity of one (1) program manager.
Program 1: Privacy Waves (expecting 30-35% of bandwidth)
- Privacy Waves is a program that allows privacy works to be federated across Client. It is an essential tool to facilitate the action of many privacy-related goals, especially those that require identification, audit, verification, validation, and deletion of various assets.
- Because the program is heavily federated, it requires dexterous program management for it to run well to achieve our goal.
- Prior to having a CW PgM onboard, we had a much lower action rate of privacy waves.
Program 2: Monetization Pilot (expecting 65-70% of bandwidth)
- Monetization Pilot (often referred to as “Mon Pilot”) is a program for Monetization within CS 2.0 that comprises Monetization Data Strategy (MDS), Monetization Risk Assessment Program (MonRap), and LaMa escalations.
- These are forums that allow senior product managers, engineers, and PXFN to join together and make steer guidance on key privacy and product strategies.
- Because the pace of Mon Pilot is extremely fast and there are a lot of moving pieces, we again need a program manager to coordinate the program, facilitate meetings and takeaways, and manage discussion cadences.
- Prior to having a CW PgM on this, these were managed directly by senior TPMs or sometimes the senior leads themselves, which was not a good use of their time.
